1. ‘We’ refers to as F8 Forward Solutions Limited/Ltd. ‘We’ reserve the right to operate on a zero tolerance policy.

   We reserve the right to refuse providing Solutions, Support and or Services to individuals, companies and Organisations without prejudice.

   ‘We’ rely on working in trust. If 'We' believe (with or without the support of evidence) trust is broken; then 'We' reserve the right to terminate any written agreements (contracts) or verbal arrangements without due notice or liability.

2. Solutions, support and or services completed ‘We’ deserve the respect of agreed payments on time as agreed upon whether that may be in writing or otherwise verbally discussed.

3. Payment to be made in full as per the agreed terms either placed in writing or stated verbally; is to be made ‘In advance’; ‘Immediately’ or within 7 (Seven working days) of completion of said Solutions, Support and or Services provided or received..

4. For non-payment of solutions, services and or support received will terminate immediately without notice or notification and without liability..

5. We enjoy the freedom of working freely and creatively without confinements and restrictions of contracts but lean towards high degree of trust and honesty..

'We' operate on a zero level of tolerance and with highest degree of trust and honesty.

Work completed will need to be signed off. In doing so , payment will be forthcoming as per arrangement.

Payment failure will delay any planned launches and 'go live' dates.
